Stay In Front Of Your Customers
Social media management with three published packages
Tell Your Story
Your customers check social media before they call you
Social media management from CICOR Marketing keeps your business showing up in the feeds your customers check every day, without you writing a single post. Each monthly package includes a strategy, a content calendar, branded posts written and designed for you, Google Business Profile updates, scheduling on your approval, and a monthly readout. Larger packages add blog articles, email sends, reels, and a sponsored post so one piece of content works across channels. Packages are published: Silver at $750, Gold at $1,250, and Platinum at $2,250 per month.
When someone hears about your business, the next thing they do is look you up. If your last post is from eight months ago, they wonder whether you are still open. If the feed shows real work, real people, and answers to common questions, they call with more confidence.
Most owners know this and still do not post. There is no time, nobody on staff knows what to say, and the one person who tried gave up after a month. Posting for the sake of posting does not fix that. A plan does: a calendar, a voice, someone whose job it is to keep it going. That is the social service in our Tell Your Story group.

See It In Action
Built For The Phone In Their Hand
Most people meet your business on a phone. This short video shows how CICOR Marketing designs social and web content that looks right on every screen.
Who It Fits
Who this is the right fit for
This service fits a local or regional business that wants to look active and trustworthy on one to three platforms: a dental practice, a home services company, a law firm, a restaurant group, a manufacturer that hires locally. It fits owners who want to approve posts, not write them.
It is not the right fit if you want daily posts on six platforms or an influencer campaign. It is also not the right first step if your main goal is leads this month. That is a job for Paid Social, Display and Local Services Ads, and we will say so on the first call.
What Is Included
What is included
PLANNING
Strategy and the monthly content calendar
We set the platforms, the mix of post types, and the voice, then build a calendar each month. You see every post before it goes out.
CREATIVE
Branded posts, written and designed
Each post is written in your voice and designed in your brand, using your real work and your real team where you can share it. When you have a Brand Strategy and Identity guide, we follow it.
FOUNDATION
Google Business Profile updates
Google shows your profile to people searching for what you do, and an active profile ranks better than a stale one.
PRODUCTION
Photo editing and simple graphics
We edit the photos you send and build simple graphics for announcements, tips, and offers. Video beyond phone-shot reels edited by us is a separate service.
EXECUTION
Monthly social performance summary
Each month you get a short readout: what was posted, what people responded to, how the audience changed, and what we are adjusting next month. It is written in plain language, not a dashboard export. It covers your social channels only; full website, ads and lead reporting is a separate Analytics and Reporting service.

How We Work
How it works
1. Month one. Strategy, platform setup or cleanup, the post style, and the first calendar for your approval.
2. Month two onward. Posts arrive for approval by the 25th of the prior month, get scheduled once approved, and go out through the month. Google Business Profile updates run on the same calendar.
3. Every month. The social performance summary, and a short check-in on what to change.
Your accounts stay yours. We work through admin or partner access, and you keep ownership of every account and every post.
Why It Matters
Why CICOR Marketing for social media
We run social as part of your whole marketing, not as a separate feed. The post that goes on Facebook also goes on your Google Business Profile, the article behind it lives on your website, and the review request that runs inside your Local SEO and Google Business Profile Management plan uses the same voice. One story, told the same way everywhere.
An illustrative example: a two-location dental practice picks Gold. Each month it gets 11 to 15 posts across Facebook and Instagram, the same updates on both Google Business Profiles, one article on a question patients ask (say, whether a cracked tooth is an emergency), and one email to existing patients. The front desk sends us photos from the office once a week. The owner approves the calendar in ten minutes and does nothing else.
CICOR Marketing is a full service marketing agency based in Tampa, Florida, with a second office in Naperville, Illinois, and clients across more than 50 industries. CICOR Marketing is led by senior strategists with more than 45 years of combined experience.

Social Media Management FAQs
Meta ads do not directly influence search rankings, but they support SEO and AEO outcomes in meaningful indirect ways. When Meta ads drive traffic to a page, that increased engagement, time on site, pages visited, return visits, can signal content quality to search engines. More importantly, Meta ads amplify the distribution of content designed to earn featured positions or AI citations, getting more people to read, share, and link to that content.
For AEO specifically, Meta can promote FAQ content, in-depth guides, and structured resources; the types of content that search engines and AI tools draw on when generating direct answers. Broader engagement with that content, driven by paid social distribution, increases its authority and the likelihood it will be cited in AI-generated responses over time.
The clearest indirect SEO benefit is brand search volume. When Meta campaigns run consistently, more people recognize the brand name, and branded searches are a reliable quality signal to search engines. A business running coordinated paid social and organic content campaigns builds a larger, more engaged audience that benefits every other marketing channel, including organic search.
Social media marketing is the use of social platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others; to reach, engage, and convert audiences through organic content, community management, and paid advertising. It encompasses both the creative work of producing content and the strategic work of planning which audiences to reach, which platforms to prioritize, and how to measure outcomes.
It matters because social platforms are where a significant portion of the population spends substantial time every day. For businesses, this represents an opportunity to build visibility and relationships with audiences who may not be actively searching for their services but are open to discovering them. Unlike search, which captures existing demand, social media can generate new demand by introducing a product or service to an audience that was not yet looking.
Social media also functions as a trust signal in the broader customer journey. Prospects who encounter a business through an ad, a search result, or a referral will often check the business’s social profiles before taking action. A business with an active, professional, and engaging social presence is more likely to earn the trust needed to convert those prospects than one with an outdated or absent profile.
Social media ads generate ROI by reaching targeted audiences with offers or content designed to produce specific, measurable actions, leads, purchases, calls, or high-value site visits. The return depends on three factors working together: how accurately the audience is targeted, how compelling the creative is, and how effectively the landing page or follow-up process converts the resulting traffic into business outcomes.
Targeting is where social platforms provide their primary advantage. Meta, LinkedIn, and similar platforms allow campaigns to reach specific demographics, interests, behaviors, and job titles with a level of precision that traditional advertising cannot match. When the right message reaches the right person at the right moment, conversion rates increase and cost per acquisition decreases, the primary drivers of positive ROI.
ROI from social ads is accurately measured by tracking the full path from ad impression to business outcome. This requires proper tracking setup on the website, attribution configuration in the ad platform, and reporting that connects ad spend to revenue or pipeline. Businesses that track this path accurately can optimize campaigns toward the highest-value outcomes rather than surface metrics like clicks or impressions, which significantly improves the return on the investment over time.
Connecting Meta lead generation campaigns to email marketing systems is a best practice that significantly increases the value of paid social investment. When someone submits through a Meta lead form, that contact should be added immediately to the appropriate email sequence, delays of even a few hours reduce the likelihood of engagement. Native integrations or automation tools like Zapier, Make, or HubSpot make this connection straightforward to implement.
The workflow maps fields from the Meta lead form to corresponding fields in the email platform or CRM, then triggers a welcome or nurturing sequence automatically upon submission. Every paid lead receives consistent, timely follow-up regardless of when they submitted and without manual intervention from the team. This automation is what converts a lead generation campaign into a lead nurturing program rather than just a list-building exercise.
Beyond the immediate welcome, connecting Meta leads to email enables long-term nurturing of contacts who did not convert right away. A lead from a campaign six months ago may convert when their timing aligns; a conversion that would be lost if follow-up was only manual in the first days after submission.
Meta offers several campaign types, each suited to different objectives at different stages of the funnel. Awareness campaigns are optimized to reach new audiences and build familiarity with the brand, measured by reach and impressions rather than direct conversions. Traffic campaigns drive visits to specific pages and work well for promoting content, landing pages, or service pages to new or warm audiences.
Lead generation campaigns use Meta’s native lead form to capture contact information without requiring the prospect to leave the platform. These are effective for high-volume lead generation because the simplified submission process reduces friction. Conversion campaigns are optimized for actions that happen on the website; form submissions, purchases, or demo requests, and require proper tracking setup to function correctly.
Retargeting campaigns are among the highest-performing Meta ad types because they reach people who have already engaged with the brand. Audiences can be built from website visitors, video viewers, post engagers, and customer lists, enabling highly specific follow-up messaging. An effective Meta strategy typically runs campaigns across multiple objectives simultaneously: building awareness at the top of the funnel while retargeting and converting prospects who are already engaged lower in it.
Social media marketing helps businesses grow by expanding reach, building trust, and creating consistent touchpoints with current and potential customers. As an organic channel, it builds the brand’s visibility among people who may not have found the business through search or advertising. As a paid channel, it reaches precisely targeted audiences with offers designed to generate leads or sales at a measurable cost.
Growth through social media compounds over time. A business that publishes consistently, responds actively, and builds a genuine following develops an audience that amplifies its content; increasing reach without proportional cost increases. Each follower gained represents a recurring free distribution channel, and the cumulative effect of that growing audience makes every future piece of content more effective than the last.
Social media also creates entry points for every stage of the customer journey. A prospect in early research might follow the account after seeing an informative post. A warm prospect might click an ad promoting a specific offer. A current customer might share a positive experience with their own network. Managing all of these touchpoints through a coherent strategy accelerates growth across the entire funnel rather than at a single stage.
