You get senior leadership for the hours you actually need, without the salary and benefits of a full-time executive.

On a standalone agreement the first month includes an onboarding retainer of 50% of the monthly price. It covers learning your numbers, team, vendors and plan. In a bundled agreement it can be reduced or waived.

Yes. Additional executive time is $250 an hour, or $1,250 for a 5-hour block and $2,500 for a 10-hour block.

Hours are planned month by month, so each month starts fresh with your full allowance.
